As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Johnny Harvin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Johnny Harvin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
- Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-motivated
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
